Terry`s Turf Club in Cincinnati

Y’all. This burger is so good! We we’re wonderfully impressed. Service was awesome, atmosphere is chill and vibing. I haven’t been reviewing much lately but I made this one simply to let you know this place is GOOD.

Great food. Great service. Worth visiting more than once!

Delicious burger. All types of cheeses and toppings. Even offer tuna and mahi mahi. Very small and neon bright, but worth the stop.

This is definitely a “must go to” if you live in or visit Cincinnati! The atmosphere is unique and interesting and because it’s small it’s very charming. You can almost always expect a wait around “normal” dining times, so if you’re one of those impatient folks that doesn’t like to wait for a seat, I suggest you go in a small group of 2-3 people max and eat before the dinner rush. Definitely get the Filet Mignon Chili - it’s a total game changer! The burgers a huge, plenty big enough for two people to share with a side. The folks always ask your name and make you feel welcome.

Always a great experience and the staff is the best there is! There is no better burger in Ohio! A great tradition continues!

I was told my cheeseburger would be cooked to medium. It was way to medium rare it was cold. The diet coke tasted flat. The fries were the only good thing on my plate. This was my first and last time I will eat here. It was definitely not worth paying 40 dollars for 2 people.

Staff was was friendly & attentive. Food was delicious. We had a cheeseburger & grilled cod. Sat outside with our puppy.

The burger was very good cooked to medium juiciness with all the toppings and add on s you could think of. Will make sure to come back everybody was welcoming and a pleasure to be around!

We came to this restaurant for dinner. my friend recommended this place. Well, it was a winning. the staff were so friendly and we felt very good. The food was just great. We had a great time and we will visit this place again. we highly recommend this place.

The recipes are the same and the building is the same BUT the atmosphere is much better thanks to new managment. I swear my burger tasted better than ever before!!The new owner was a delight to talk to and the bartender was super friendly. Her service was spectacular! Cant believe how cheap a craft draft beer was.We will be back, and will be spreading the word that THE TURF CLUB IS AWESOME!!!

Small place. Super cute. Great culture. Delicious food. The lychee scallops were a yummy appetizer. Definitely worth the visit.

Awesome experience there! The drinks were so good. I went in and asked for “the blue drink I saw online” (I had no clue what it was called ) and the gentleman and ladies did an incredible job of making it! Turns out it is called the blue mermaid. So good. And I got the fish tacorita (I think this is what it’s called). It was so good, that I ate the other half for breakfast the next day. The service was excellent. We were greeted immediately upon coming in and staff was super friendly! Music was upbeat and on point. Perfect for date night, family, or even just meeting old friends, and there are 2 breweries next door, so it could even be a good start for a night out!

Great little dive with a unique atmosphere. Not a big menu but their calling card is their personalized burgers which they knock out of the park. Juicy, large patty and delicious bun. Decent beer selection and you get peanuts to eat as you wait for your food. I went on a Sunday afternoon and it wasn't busy but the place is a little small and I could see it filling up quickly during busier times.

If you like big burgers with endless toppings this is your goto. Best onion rings around!

This was our first visit to the Turf Club. This isn't your cheap eats burger but you get what you pay for. The menu can be overwhelming despite it's small size but take a breath, it's easy. Start with your sandwich or burger from the left and pick your basic toppings. Next select premium toppings and sauces for a charge, but be careful it can add up quick. My result was an excellent and juicy BBQ burger. The onion rings were solid, crunchy, and built on a red onion base. The cheese stuffed peppers are very different but great. They aren't deep fried so they don't weigh you down before your large burger. The cheese sauce is excellent and the peppers are crisp. I highly recommend them.

My burger was hot and fresh. It came out relatively quickly, but not before we could have a nice chat with the bartender and owner! They were kind and friendly. We ordered a couple of beers, only to find out that they were cheaper than most any other places around! My fries were well seasoned, but not overly. They were hot and crispy on the outside. Perfectly done!

Unique and spectacular ambiance with all of the old signs. Food is good.

My first time here since the ownership change. It's just as great as it was before! I got the Filet Burger with four cheese sauce and the double smoked bacon. So delicious!

Ain't nothing changed... still best burger around. Literally dripping juices and stacked to the ceiling. The pic attached says it all, look at these layers! Bobbie Joe is THE BEST server.

Finally, busted The Turf Club cherry tonight and was thoroughly impressed. Delectable burgers, superior service, amazing atmosphere and multiple beers on tap — couldn’t ask for much more!! 🍔🍺 My only complaint... why use paper plates :(

Decent food. Nothing spectacular! Expected something more since Guy Fier had it on his TV show

We were glad to make a return visit to the new Turf Club. Same menu and we saw a lot of the same servers. The outside has changed a lot. All of the signs are gone which I kind missed, but actually makes the place look a lot better. Loved the beautiful hanging baskets. We were welcomed at the door by a very friendly gal. The menu was the same so that made it easy. We both got their delicious burgers. I got fries, my hubby got onion rings. The burgers were so juicy and messy. Yum! It wasn't crowded at all of a Friday. Maybe people don't know it's reopened under new ownership. Saw the owner. He came over and made sure everything was good and it was!

Neon heaven! This is a place to bring folks visiting from out of town to experience something rare. There are no conventional lights, as the entire place is aglow with a collection of neon signs old and new. You can see this place in the distance with the lawn packed with gigantic very cool signs. So much fun to check it out while dining. The food was good diner-style food; an open kitchen is always fun to watch too! The service was so family-like and attentive. Its pretty small so I bet it gets packed on weekends. Parking is on the street...

The burger is fantastic but it has a real down to earth feel and some of the best liquor selection I've seen in years an a small local bar, period! An actual real bar with great food and a welcoming atmosphere. Cheers never had is so good!

This place is just as good as it always has been. It wasn't as busy as it used to be and maybe it was because of right timing. Food still amazing (same menu) and staff is very friendly like usual. Thanks for keeping the place open! It's a 45 minute drive it I would be there more often. :)

I realize everyone comes for the burgers, but don't overlook the grilled cheese & tomato soup. Absolutely delicious menu, very friendly staff & great surroundings.

The burgers are 5-stars! The attitude towards health is negative 5-stars!!! Tables are spaced but no one wears a mask. Hey, wake up. There are 23 million Americans out of work. 80% of aircraft around the world are parked because people aren’t flying. Turf obviously doesn’t get it. We can open up but please do it smartly. If you WANT to get Covid, then by all means grab a great burger at The Turf Club. Very sad indeed. I hope they see this review, and others like it, and will change. Change, and many of us will be back. Don’t change and we’ll keep frequenting Flip Daddy’s and Mac’s.

We have always loved coming here. They ARE open for dine-in business right now. The staff were the kindest and sweetest. The food was amazing as usual! They were also so accommodating with my toddler son. Thank you all for being thoughtful!

Well first off... the welcome was good and really liked the waitress and Manager. Seats were too high tables to small. The burger was delicious but the bun was to thick. All in all bun less is what i ended up doing.

It was the middle of the week so the place was pretty available. Good for us. Loved the atmosphere, the great service, the verity of draft beers and most of all - the custom made burger! I'll sure be back !

Best burger in the Cincinnati area. Will be back just for the good food and service. Ask for Savannah, she made it that much better.

Supercool place with an amazing multitude of neon signs. Excellent burger and fresh homemade fries with great service. Wish we didn't live on the other side of Ohio, we'd be there every week.

This place friggen SLAPS!! Best burger in the city hands down

Their chicken was great, my husband enjoyed his burger, and our vegetarian friend had an option that was also delectable! Theit foghorn leghorn sauce I could eat for the rest of my life and their mac and cheese put me in a food coma on of the best that I have ever had! Check this place out! It's worth the drive! We WILL be back!

They offer a great variety of delicious food. I liked eating here. The employees are always very nice, pricing is affordable and the place is always well organised.

The best burgers in Cincinnati and a very pleasant experience.

That’s just what my so called burger tasted like: turf. The leather disks they called shiitake mushrooms were appalling as well and impossible to eat. A mass of dried out something was what the called beef and the rubbery bun was way to tall and dry to bite into. The French fries were okay but the server took forever and by the time the table had been set so that eating could happen it had gone cold and stale was far too late to be eaten. Shameful how those place is all hype.

Not one employee was wearing a mask. I wanted to just get a refund and leave, but this is what the husband wanted for Father’s Day. Never again. Tell your servers to wash their hands after coughing or touching used glasses or pushing the garbage down in the can.
